There Is No Such Thing As Fear…

Let me show you how you can break through your fears…

When you become afraid of something, you are afraid of what will happen in the future. In other words, you create a negative outcome in your mind that causes you to ‘gasp’ at the very idea of that particular outcome becoming a reality.

You create this type of fear response when you feel like you can’t control your outcomes. In other words, if you feel like you can’t handle the situation, you automatically visualize something that causes you to feel afraid.

Once you visualize your goals turning out correctly and you believe that you can control the outcome… your fears disappear and you feel more capable to make things turn out right.

For example: Have you ever experienced a time when somebody was pushing you to do something… (such as sky diving) and you felt a feeling of fear inside? This is happening because you don’t know what is going to happen and you’ve lost a sense of control.

Once you stop creating negative delusions and start to visualize something more predictable, you allow yourself to expect something far better than what you previously thought would happen. This allows you to have positive forward thinking; To know you will be able to handle any situation that presents itself…

The situation itself is not the problem, but the way how you choose to look at your challenges through your own eyes, will determine what you are able to create and how you are able to move forwards.

To redirect your fear, you should visualize your outcomes turning out correctly in all those situations you want them to, become confident in your ability to make your goals turn out right and have positive forward thinking every step of the way until you achieve your results.

1. Think of something you have been afraid of doing

2. Think about why you are afraid of it and what you are visualizing

3. Start to imagine a positive scenario of everything turning out absolutely right, in all the way you want them to in this particular situation

4. Imagine yourself with positive forward thinking and believe in your ability to make your goals turn out correctly no matter what occurs along the way.

There is no such thing as fear… There is only ‘useful’ positive forward thinking. Stop deluding yourself, feel in control of your capability, visualize scenarios that are helpful to you and push forwards with positive forward thinking.

All the best in your life goals,

Nicholas Finnegan
